How do I order products?
Adding a product to your order:
To add a product to your shopping basket, select the size and quantity of the product sheet and click on the “Add to basket” button.
The wish fairy shows that you have added this product by altering the number of products in your shopping basket.
Validating your order:
Your shopping basket
When you have added all the products you wish to buy to your shopping basket, click on your basket to view its contents.
You can change the sizes and quantities of products or remove them from your basket. You will then need to select your delivery method: Colissimo suivi (recorded delivery) or Chronopost (express delivery).
If you have a promotional code, enter its number in the relevant field to automatically benefit from the offer.
You can then choose to continue browsing if you want to purcahse additional products or to validate your order and proceed to the next step.
My Gifts
Once you have validated your basket, you can choose 3 free samples from a given range. If you do not wish to receive these gift samples, simply tick the box “I do not wish to receive gift samples” and continue to the next step.
Identification
This step allows Parfums Lolita Lempicka to identify you by your e-mail address and password. If you have already been identified, continue directly to the delivery step.
If you do not already have an account, you can create one by clicking on “Set up account”.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link “Forgotten your password?” Enter your e-mail address and you will receive your password in an e-mail.
Delivery and Billing
This step allows you to specify the billing and delivery addresses for your order. By default, the address given when you created your account will be entered. However, you can save several different addresses in your account. You can assign a keyword to each of these accounts in order to select the one relating to your order more quickly.
If the billing address is the same as the delivery address, you can tick the box “Use billing address”.
If this order is a gift, you can tick the box “This is a gift” and write a personal message, which will be printed on a pretty card signed Lolita Lempicka. This card will be attached to your order.
Order details
Before proceeding to payment, you can view all information related to your order: products ordered, free samples selected, billing and delivery addresses, delivery method, costs and delivery date and the total amount of your invoice.

Payment
Choose your preferred method of payment: debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
You will then be redirected to the Crédit Agricole bank e-transactions platform, where you can make your payment securely by entering your bank card number, its expiry date and its 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card).
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
It normally takes approximately 7 days for payments to be debited from your account once you have validated your order on the www.parfumslolitalempicka.com site.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order in your account by clicking on the “order status” field.
Your order may be:
• Received: Your order has been received and an order confirmation e-mail has been sent to you.
• Being prepared: Your order is being prepared. Orders received before midday are prepared on the same working day. Orders received after midday are prepared the next working day.
• Dispatched: Your order has been transferred to the dispatch department. You will receive an e-mail confirming dispatch giving the parcel number enabling you to track its whereabouts on the site www.coliposte.fr
• Being held: You can collect your order from your designated sorting office. An e-mail has been sent to notify you that your order is ready for collection.
• Delivered: Your order has been delivered with the invoice attached to the parcel.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You can not cancel an order once it has been validated. You can return ordered products in their original packaging accompanied by the return slip attached to the invoice within 7 days of receipt, to the following address:

If you wish to cancel an order immediately following its validation, contact our Customer Services department as quickly as possible so the order can be cancelled before it is processed.
How can I return products I ordered?
If you no longer want one or more of the products ordered, you can return it/them in the original packaging accompanied by the return slip attached to the invoice within 7 days of receipt, to the following address:

If one or more products do not match those on your order or if the contents of the parcel are damaged, you will receive a full refund for these products.
If you are returning the products due to an error made by Parfums Lolita Lempicka, we will also refund the postage costs.
It is not possible to exchange or obtain a refund for products ordered on this site via a store.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order securely using a debit card, Visa or Mastercard. Your bank details are encrypted according to the SSL security protocol and are never revealed to or stored by Parfums Lolita Lempicka.
To make your payment, simply enter your card number, its expiry date and the 3-digit security code found on the back of your card.
Payments made on the www.parfumslolitalempicka.com site are securely transferred to the Crédit Agricole bank e-transactions payment platform.
The Crédit Agricole bank is a member of the 3D Secure program, which verifies that the person using the bank card is its owner. If you have not yet created a password on the 3D Secure program, please do so.
What delivery options can I choose from?
You can choose one of three delivery methods:
Colissimo Expert (recorded delivery): The post office will deliver goods within France (Corsica and Monaco included) within 48 hours. The delivery cost is €5,70.
Chronopost (express delivery): The post office will deliver goods within Metropolitan France only within 18 hours.
The delivery cost is €9.50.
UPS Standard: UPS tells an verage delivery within 48 hours for Belgium and Spain.
The delivery cost is €10.
Deliveries are handled by a third-party supplier. Parfums Lolita Lempicka therefore declines all responsibility in the event of late deliveries due to the postal services.
Orders received before midday will be prepared the same working day. Orders received after midday will be prepared on the next working day.
How can I obtain advice about Lolita Lempicka products?
The “Fragrance”, “Bottle” and “Description” tabs on the product sheets provide additional information about our products.
You can also contact customer services by e-mail (serviceclient@parfumslolitalempicka.com) or by telephone on +33 (0)1 44 70 40 15 (cost of a local call if calling from France) from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.
How can I find a gift?
The wish fairy in the “Magic of a Gift” field will help you to choose the right gift by asking you several questions about your wishes. Our magical beauty consultant will share her precious advice, recommending a selection of products to match your selection criteria.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you have validated your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing the following information:
• Order number
• Order date
• Delivery and billing details
• List of products ordered
• List of free samples selected
• Total cost of order
If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, it may mean that your order has not been received.

I've forgotten my password: How can I find out what it is?
Enter the My Account field and click on the link “Forgotten your password”? below the e-mail address and password fields.
Simply enter your e-mail address and you will receive notification of your password by e-mail.
You can change your password at any time in the My Account field. To do this, enter your current password and the new password you have chosen. Once this step is validated, you will receive an e-mail confirming your new password.
